2. How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book an appointment by visiting our Booking Page on the website. Just choose your desired service, select a date and time, and submit your details. We’ll confirm your appointment and reserve time specifically for you.
3. Do you require a deposit to book an appointment?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is based on the total price of the services and ranges from $25 to $100. The deposit is non-refundable but is applied toward the final cost of your service. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required.
4. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will require a new deposit to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will gladly help you find a new appointment time that works for you.
5. What areas do you serve?
We serve customers in the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we service your location, feel free to contact us and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your area.
6. Do I need to be home for a mobile detailing appointment?
Yes, we prefer that you or someone is available to give us access to your vehicle and ensure we can complete the job. If you're unavailable, please make arrangements for your vehicle to be accessible at the scheduled time.
7. What if the weather is bad on the day of my appointment?
For mobile detailing, bad weather can affect our ability to work. If it's raining or if the weather conditions are unsuitable, we’ll contact you to reschedule the appointment at no extra cost. For shop-based services, weather typically doesn’t affect our ability to perform the work.
8. How long does an appointment take?
The duration of your appointment depends on the services you're requesting. Typically, a full detail can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, while specialized services (like paint correction or ceramic coating) may take longer. We'll give you an estimated time frame when you book.
9. Do I need to provide anything for the detailing service?
No, we bring all the necessary equipment, supplies, and tools to perform the detailing service. Just make sure the vehicle is accessible and that there’s enough space for us to work. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, feel free to let us know ahead of time!
10. Is SGV Mobile Detailing insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for all services provided. Your vehicle is in safe hands with our experienced and professional team.
11. Can I get a quote before booking?
Yes, we offer free quotes for all our services. You can contact us directly through our Contact Page or call us to discuss your specific needs. We’ll give you an accurate estimate based on your vehicle and the services you’d like.
12. What should I do if I'm unhappy with my service?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we'll make it right. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality detailing, and we want to ensure you're happy with the results.
